All quotes are estimates until confirmed by a site inspection and a signed agreement. Final pricing, scope and timelines are set out in your project contract.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when requesting quotes or inspections;
- Ensure safe site access for our crews where work is to be carried out;
- Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Quotes & payments
Payment terms, deposits and schedules are defined in your project contract. Quotes are valid for the period stated within them.
Warranties
Workmanship and material warranties are provided as detailed in your contract. Warranties may be affected by unauthorised modifications or lack of recommended maintenance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Roof is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
